NEVADA EMBARQ


E. Scott Mitchell currently serves as the Director of Operations for Nevada for EMBARQ. With over one million plus access lines, he is responsible for the telecommunication infrastructure in Nevada and has District Managers reporting directly to him.

 

Scott joined Sprint in 1978. Since that time, he has held various positions in Customer Service Operations, Network Operations and Workforce Management. Scott assisted in the creation of strategic initiatives for Network Operations and was responsible for developing the 'Helper' program for resource management.
